Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. To help make your treatment more affordable, we offer third party financing through CareCredit. Payment is required at the time services are rendered.
A member of our staff will review our payment options with you to find an option that best accommodates your financial needs. If special arrangements are needed, please speak with our office manager prior to receiving service.
We participate with the following insurances: Cigna, Delta Dental, Empire Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Island Group and JJ Stanis. Additionally, we will submit all insurance claims for you. We will fully attempt to help you receive full insurance benefits; however, you are personally responsible for your account, and we encourage you to contact us if your policy has not paid within 30 days.
